Meeogahane Pier

24th August 2017

The Currachs rest, sleeping seaweed wears the oceanic gloss.

Salt water teases, each wave, a lick, a promise to return, to flood the red rock once molten, laid in cold ancient symmetry.

Where microcosms of the vastness, trapped pools of life, await the ocean’s release.
